By accessing or using the Texas Easy Evictions website at texaseasyevictions.com ("Site") or any services offered by Texas Easy Evictions ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or our services.

Texas Easy Evictions provides two categories of services to Texas landlords and property managers:

• Full-Service Eviction Assistance: We manage the eviction process on your behalf, including preparing and filing notices, court petitions, and related documentation with Justice of the Peace courts in Texas.
• Self-Service Packet Builder: An online tool that allows you to upload, organize, validate, and compile eviction-related documents into a downloadable packet for your own use.

Our services are available exclusively within the State of Texas.

You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident or entity authorized to conduct business in the United States to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

To access the self-service portal, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

When using our self-service tools or providing documents for full-service processing, you represent that:

• All information and documents you provide are accurate, truthful, and lawfully obtained.
• You have the legal right to submit and use all documents provided.
• You understand that eviction proceedings are legal processes and outcomes are not guaranteed.

Texas Easy Evictions is not responsible for errors arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by users.

Use of our services does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Texas Easy Evictions or any of its employees or contractors. We are a document preparation and filing assistance service, not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or legal opinions.

Fees for full-service eviction assistance are communicated directly and must be agreed upon before services commence. Self-service tools may be offered free of charge or subject to a subscription fee as indicated on the Site. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

You agree not to use the Site or our services to:

• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information.
• Harass, threaten, or harm any tenant or third party.
• Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Site.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Texas Easy Evictions and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Texas Easy Evictions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or unfavorable court outcomes. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that court filings will be accepted or result in a favorable outcome.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or a notice on the Site. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
