Documents you upload through our platform are stored securely using Supabase cloud infrastructure with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. Access to your documents is restricted to:

• Texas Easy Evictions staff processing your full-service request

We do not sell your documents or case information to third parties. Documents are retained for the duration of your account and may be deleted upon account closure upon request.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: Third-party vendors who assist us in operating our platform (e.g., cloud storage, authentication, email delivery). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
• Court Filings: When providing full-service eviction assistance, case information and documents may be submitted to Justice of the Peace courts as required by law.

We offer sign-in via Google and Apple. When you use these services, the respective third-party provider may share limited profile information (name, email) with us to create your account. We do not receive your password from these providers. Their privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policies.
